Leaks and storm damage
When water is coming in
If a homeowner says water is coming in or a storm did damage, the estimator shows your phone number with a call button and alerts you by email. For danger, like a tree on the house or a sagging ceiling, it points to 911 first. It asks for photos from the ground or inside and tells homeowners to stay off the roof and ladders.
Any leaks or damage?
Water coming in or storm damage can get worse fast. Call us and we will help you plan the next step.
Call (555) 010-0166If a tree is on the house, a ceiling is sagging or anything is sparking, leave that area and call 911.

FAQ
Questions roofers ask
How accurate is the roof area?
It is an estimate from aerial imagery and the homeowner's outline. Trees, overhangs and older images can throw it off, so the report marks it as an estimate and you confirm on site.
Does the homeowner see a price?
Only after you review and approve it. There is no setting that sends a price on its own.
What if the map picks the wrong building?
The homeowner confirms the building first and can tap another one, like the house next door.
Which materials do homeowners see?
Only the ones you switch on, with your names for them. You can add natural slate, solar shingles or your own.
What happens with a leak or storm damage?
The homeowner sees your number with a call button, and you get an alert by email.
